Synopsis
In Foundation Season 1, based on Isaac Asimov’s novels, mathematical prodigy Gaal Dornick arrives at the Galactic capital, Trantor, to meet psychohistorian Hari Seldon. Seldon’s prediction of the Empire’s collapse leads to their arrest for treason.
Exiled to Terminus, they establish a Foundation to preserve knowledge amid impending chaos. The narrative spans centuries, focusing on key events like the rise of the Cleon Dynasty and the emergence of crises threatening their survival.
The season culminates with revelations about Gaal’s lineage and sets the stage for future conflicts in Season.
