Delicious (2025), Nele Mueller-Stöfen’s directorial debut on Netflix, is a German psychological thriller that bites off more than it can chew, blending Parasite’s class satire with Saltburn’s audacity but landing closer to a messy buffet than a fine dine. Valerie Pachner and Fahri Yardim play Esther and John, a wealthy couple whose French villa vacation unravels after they hit Teodora (Carla Díaz), a scheming hotel worker, and take her in.
