Synopsis
Forever (2025) Season 1 is a coming-of-age teen drama on Netflix, inspired by Judy Blume’s novel. It follows two Black Los Angeles teenagers, Justin Edwards and Keisha Clark, childhood friends reunited at a New Year’s Eve party. As they navigate the complexities of first love, intimacy, and identity, they confront social pressures, family expectations, and personal challenges such as ADHD and the fallout from a leaked private video involving Keisha. Their relationship is marked by joy, misunderstandings, and growth, ultimately leading to a bittersweet parting as they pursue separate paths, reflecting on what “forever” truly means in young love.
