Synopsis
Havoc is a gritty action thriller set in a corrupt, crime-ridden city during Christmas. The story follows Patrick Walker (Tom Hardy), a hardened homicide detective estranged from his family and working under Lawrence Beaumont (Forest Whitaker), a real estate tycoon and mayoral candidate.
When Lawrence’s son Charlie (Justin Cornwell) and his girlfriend Mia (Quelin Sepulveda) steal a shipment of cocaine hidden inside washing machines, they become targets of both the local Triad gang and corrupt narcotics officers.
After a violent shootout kills Triad leader Tsui, Charlie is accused of the murder. Walker is tasked with finding and protecting Charlie while navigating betrayals, a relentless Triad matriarch known as “Mother,” and crooked cops seeking to profit from the drug deal.
The film culminates in a brutal, bloody showdown at Walker’s remote cabin where loyalties are tested and survival is uncertain.
