Synopsis
Pump Up the Healthy Love” (24시 헬스클럽) is a romantic comedy set in a lively 24-hour gym, centering on Do Hyeon Jung (Lee Jun Young), a former bodybuilding champion turned passionate gym owner.
After mysteriously vanishing from the competitive circuit, Hyeon Jung reemerges to breathe new life into an old neighborhood gym.
His world collides with Lee Mi Ran (Jung Eun Ji), an assistant manager at a travel agency who, after a painful breakup, joins the gym seeking both physical and emotional healing.
Their relationship begins with awkward curiosity but gradually blossoms into a heartwarming connection as they navigate the challenges of self-improvement, both inside and outside the gym. The supporting cast includes quirky trainers, loyal gym members, and the notorious “Witch Trio,” all adding humor and warmth to the story.
