Synopsis
In Smile (2022), Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon), a compassionate psychiatrist, becomes entangled in a terrifying mystery after witnessing the traumatic suicide of her patient, Laura Weaver (Caitlin Stasey).
Laura claims to be haunted by a malevolent entity that appears as smiling individuals, foretelling death. Following Laura’s shocking demise, Rose begins experiencing disturbing hallucinations and encounters that blur the line between reality and madness.
As she delves deeper into the origins of this curse, Rose must confront her own traumatic past and unravel the sinister force threatening her life and sanity.
