Synopsis
Tin Soldier (2025) is an action thriller directed by Brad Furman, starring Jamie Foxx as The Bokushi, a charismatic leader who runs a cult-like program offering US combat veterans a sense of purpose. The government grows alarmed as The Bokushi amasses a well-armed, highly trained militia within an impregnable fortress. Robert De Niro plays military operative Emmanuel Ashburn, who, alongside Scott Eastwood’s Nash Cavanaugh-an ex-special forces member and former disciple of The Bokushi-plans to infiltrate the fortress. Nash seeks revenge on The Bokushi for personal losses, including the love of his life, while aiding the government’s mission to stop the cult’s dangerous rise.
